We pass this information on to you on the basis of our so-called legitimate interest. Of course, you can ask us not to call or write to you a g a i n in every phone call or email. Alternatively, you can refuse our calls and messages in advance by sending an email to info@flatels.com

If you agree to this, we may also retain your name, telephone number and email for purposes other than those set out above. You may, of course, withdraw your consent at any time.

WHO HELPS US PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?

Some personal data is processed on our behalf by our processors (for example, an accountant or marketing agency).

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA?

We process personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and for as long as we are obliged to keep it under the law.

If we hold any personal data on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. We will then delete such personal data or not use it for the purposes for which we had your consent.

After the above periods, we will anonymise or delete your personal data. We keep it for these periods so that we are able to respond properly in the event of any dispute. This is because we are responsible for the provision of our services.

  • The right to request access to your personal data – you can ask us what personal data we hold about you and what has happened and will happen to it while it is with us.
  • Right to rectification – if the personal data we hold about you is no longer up-to-date or is incorrect, you can ask for it to be rectified.

  • The right to erasure (the so-called “right to be forgotten”) – at your request, we must erase any personal data we hold about you. However, there may be another reason that entitles or obliges us to keep personal data (based on laws). In such a case, we may not be able to delete it.
  • Right to restriction of processing – in some cases, we may retain personal data but not handle it in any way, such as:
    – if you deny the accuracy of the personal data and we need to verify your communication;
    – if we process personal data unlawfully but you do not want us to delete it and instead of deletion you only request a restriction of processing;
    – if we no longer need the personal data but you request that we retain it for the purpose of pursuing your legal claims;
    – if you object to the processing, while we verify whether the personal data will continue to be processed in our important interest or whether we will not process it.

  • The right to data portability – if you ask us to do so, we will provide you with your personal data that we process on the basis of your consent and we also process it automatically. We will provide you with such personal data in a commonly used, machine-readable format. Alternatively, we may transfer such personal data to a controller that you designate, provided that you agree to the transfer.
